Due to the handcrafted nature of these products, minor weaving irregularities, loose threads, yarn variations, hand knots, uneven weaving texture, natural print impressions, overlapping prints, slight colour transfer, light ink marks, or print sticking caused during folding and packing may occasionally occur.

These are natural characteristics of genuine handmade products and should not be considered manufacturing defects, product damage, or quality issues. Such variations reflect the uniqueness and authenticity of traditional Indian craftsmanship.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these natural handmade characteristics. Return or exchange requests are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has missing item and are subject to our Return Policy. 5. Product Stitching & Customization Disclaimer

For jewellery products supplied by third-party manufacturing partners, any request for return, replacement, exchange, or refund shall be processed in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s or supplier’s policies and the condition of the product received. Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of the respective manufacturing partner, and Narayani Fashions cannot guarantee that every request will be approved.

For jewellery products designed or manufactured by Narayani Fashions, returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds shall be considered only in genuine cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, subject to verification by our Quality Assurance Team and in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Approval of any such request shall remain solely at the discretion of Narayani Fashions.

If a customer wishes to receive a product video before placing an order, Narayani Fashions may request a non-refundable verification/token fee to process the request. This fee is collected to ensure that video requests are made only by genuine buyers and is non-refundable once the request has been processed.

Product videos are provided only where reasonably available. Narayani Fashions reserves the right to decline any request for a product video due to product availability, operational limitations, supplier restrictions, or any other business reason. If we are unable to provide a requested product video and a verification/token fee was collected specifically for that unavailable video request, such fee will be refunded.

Slight irregularities in finishing, polishing, texture, stone setting, handcrafted detailing, or manufacturing are natural characteristics of fashion jewellery and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects or grounds for return, replacement, exchange, or refund unless the product qualifies under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

During festive seasons and periods of high demand, delivery timelines may be longer than usual. Due to the exceptionally high volume of orders, Narayanifashions reserves the right to cancel or delay an order, where necessary.

Narayanifashions shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, cancellation, or inconvenience arising from such circumstances. Customers are therefore requested to plan and place their orders well in advance for any time-sensitive occasion.

10. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, supplier limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Orders involving customized, stitched-on-demand, altered, personalized, or specially sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation after processing begins.

12. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Claim Requirements

For any claim relating to damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, tampered, incomplete, or wrong items, customers and resellers must provide a complete 360-degree parcel opening video recorded continuously from the beginning of package opening until complete inspection of contents.

The video must be clear, unedited, and recorded without any pause, cut, interruption, or modification. Claims submitted without a proper parcel opening video may be rejected and may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, refund, compensation, or review.

13. Sale Products, Discounts & Return Policy

Products purchased during any sale, clearance, promotional offer, or at discounted prices are not eligible for any additional discount coupon, promotional code, cashback offer, or similar promotional benefit, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sale products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where a genuine manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been delivered by Narayani Fashions.
