If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time period will not be accepted.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and packaging materials in complete condition.

A ₹250 shipping and ₹200 handling fee is applicable on all exchange orders and must be prepaid before processing. In all cases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping processes may take up to 15–25 business days.
